Can man get breast cancer? If they want to get check early if they think they have breast cancer?

Hi,I did the following:

Can man get breast cancer? If they want to get check early if they think they have breast cancer?Do they have a mammogram done too as well? I?m not trying to be funny but I?m just curious.

yes, though it?s very rare as they don?t have much breast tissue. they don?t really have enough for a mammogram, so probably ultrasound would be done instead.

Men can get it but i think its not as common as women, im not sure how they test for it
