SPINNING ON STEVO?S BLUES ROCK CD PLAYER THIS WEEK? HELLS BELLS

Never seen Hells Bells before, but popped along to the Rock Plaza at The Stag in Sevenoaks last Saturday evening, and was completely blown away by this tribute to AC/DC, who are pretty convincing right down to Doogle on lead guitar doing his Angus Young impression complete with school uniform and satchel!

The lead vocalist, Lee Jay, somehow manages to replicate the voices of Bon Scott and Brian Johnston and the band cover all the classic tracks from ?Riff Raff? to ?Let There Be Rock? to ?Back In Black? to ?Stiff Upper Lip? to my favourite ?Bad Boy Boogie? and of course, ?Highway To Hell?.

They also manage to keep up a relentless gig schedule and they are playing around the UK pretty much all the time, so if you get a chance, I?d advise you to go and see them. They blew the roof off the Plaza on Saturday keeping up a powerful momentum for over two hours. Great stuff. Visit www.hellsbells.info

Right, that?s pretty much all from me this week, and I?ll wish you a great seven days and look forward to welcoming you here again next Friday (June 22). We?ll have all news from NEWARK show, for you. Enjoy your driving ? take care out on the roads ? See Ya.

Best Regards

Steve
