** For the third quarter of 2012, AAN posted revenues of $529.5 million, a 9% increase year over year. Net earnings were $28.9 million versus $28.0 million last year. Diluted earnings per share were $.38 compared to $.36 per share in 2011.

AAN currently has more than 2,009 Company-operated and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada. AAN?s Woodhaven Furniture Industries division manufactured approximately $89 million, at cost, of furniture and bedding at 14 facilities in eight states in 2011. The production of Woodhaven is for shipment to AAN?s stores.

** On its its third quarter 2012 results, PPC posted net sales of $2.1 billion and EBITDA of $103 million.

PPC recognized net income of $42.9 million during the third quarter of 2012, resulting in net income of $0.17 per diluted share. This compares to a net loss of $162.5 million, or an adjusted loss of $0.72 per diluted share in the same quarter of the prior year.

Net debt was reduced to $1.1 billion in the period, reflecting a year-to-date reduction in net debt of $317.1 million.

PPC operates chicken processing plants and prepared-foods facilities in 12 states, Puerto Rico and Mexico. PPC?s primary distribution is through retailers and foodservice distributors.
