Registration Open for Heritage Parade

Registration is open now for the city of Henderson?s Heritage Parade.

The parade is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6 in Henderson?s historic Water Street district. It is part of the Heritage Parade and Festival, which celebrates the city?s incorporation in 1953.

This year?s theme is Diamond Anniversary ? Celebrating 60 Years. All entries will be judged on how well they incorporate the theme along with creativity and overall appeal. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place floats. There will also be a prize for the float voted as the best by people watching the parade.
