They now have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager to lead a London based team.
As a hands-on Sales Manager you will manage a large team of field and internally based sales executives. You will hold direct responsibility for turnover, profit and performance alongside recruitment, mentoring and accompanying team members on sales visits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in a hands-on team management role where you will work with team members to train, discuss and deliver key objectives on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years target driven and successful sales leadership experience. You will have hands-on management (player-manager) experience and possess the ability to lead both field and internal sales teams by example. You will be an excellent communicator and presenter with a strong personality, the will to win and the experience to drive a performing team to greater heights. This role requires a polished and inspiring individual who is educated to degree level.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 30-40k with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus excellent benefits.
