I?ve been investing in real estate since 1973 and markets have always overcome their losses and gone higher. The last time where I lived was 1980-1985 but it took several more years to fully recover.

Miami should recover to levels found in 2004 within a couple of years but it may take 8-10 years to get back to where they were two years ago. In fact, it may take even longer because those were unrealistic levels.
